This is a personal project creating a cover for an imaginary book.
One of my favorite things to do while riding a bus or sitting in a car is to stare out at the windows of apartment buildings. I often wonder who lives behind them and what stories are being lived within those rooms.
2026 marks the 20th anniversary of my move to New York. This drawing is my attempt to weave together the people, encounters, and memories that have shaped my twenty years. It is a deeply personal work, filled with affection, nostalgia, and gratitude.
